Prior to real estate, I worked in global telecom, leading data analysis and financial modeling projects—including supporting communications for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and helping deploy South Korea’s first LTE network. This technical foundation in IT/engineering and international finance continues to inform my strategic, analytical approach.

Outside the office, I’m passionate about hiking, camping, and photography—having trekked to Everest Base Camp (on both sides!) and explored the Arctic and Antarctic with camera in hand.
